Wed 2023-09-27 Blackies 3ft waves

Rough. My 9ft max capsized many times. Caught 1-2 waves in ~45 mins. Big waves broke close to beach. 2 paddleboarders, 5-6 kids in training with 2 instructors (kids were flying!). When I finally got up, it was shaky. Lost one of the cushion strips. Feeling it in the arms in the evening and the next day.
